Membership
The Texas K-12 CTO Council is an institutional membership organization open to K-12 school districts. Other education agencies and other interested parties in the state of Texas may join as affiliate educator or affiliate corporate members. The primary audience will be the Chief Technology Officer (CTO)* of K-12 districts.
*The Chapter recognizes that job titles vary from district to district, but the term Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be used to represent the lead person that is responsible for the maintenance and operations of technology in K-12 school districts.
Categories of Membership 
There are four categories of membership:
1. Institutional – District Level
2. Institutional – School Level
3. Institutional – Affiliate Level
4. Corporate
Texas Chapter Membership Dues (in addition to COSN dues):
Large Districts (15,000+ students) | $150.00 |
Medium Districts (2,500 – 14,999 students) | $100.00 |
Intermediate Service Units | $100.00 |
Small Districts (under 2,499 students) | $50.00 |
